What happened before the Big Bang? Are there parallel universes? Is time travel possible? Are there other dimensions?

Those are the kinds of questions that the Large Hadron Collider is designed to address.

Last week I published a series of videos about the ATLAS experiment on Singularity Symposium.

To put it succinctly the ATLAS experiment is aimed to unlock the secrets of genesis of our universe and unite the four fundamental forces of gravity, electromagnetism, the weak and the strong nuclear force.

Today I am adding 2 more videos on the topic with the main difference here being that the ones below are focusing more on the general scientific need for the Large Hadron Collider, some of the main questions it is aimed to address and some of the potential answers and their implications for our species and the universe in general.

The movie is about 20 min and is well worth your time if you are curious to find more about the largest, most expensive scientific project of all time.
